Return Process
Manufacturing Defects:
If you encounter a product with manufacturing defects, kindly inform us promptly.
Email to hello.tyrecart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, specifying the issue.
We will replace the faulty item with a similar product.

Fitment Partner Fitted Orders
- Cancellation: Orders provisioned at one of our Fitment Partner locations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled fitment appointment.
- Replacement: For replacement orders, the customer is responsible for any price difference or additional installation fees.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items cannot be returned if:
- They have been fitted on a wheel (in case of tyres).
- They have been used on or off-road.
- They have been altered in any way.
- There has been any misuse.
Shipped Orders
- Return Period: Orders shipped to a customer location other than a Fitment Partner can be returned within 7 days after shipment.
- Condition: Only un-mounted, unused items are eligible for return. Acceptance of a refund is contingent upon physical inspection by us.
- Return Charges: The following charges apply for returns:
- Actual cost of shipping items back to our designated returns warehouse.
- 10% Restocking Fees.
- 2% Payment Gateway Charges.
- Tyrecart.in Error: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds for accepted returns or cancellations will be issued to the original form of payment with 10 business days.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within ten days of acceptance of the return or cancellation.
- Non-Refundable Services: Amounts paid for services will not be refunded.
Warranty Claims
- Warranty: All products sold by Tyrecart.in are brand new and come with the full manufacturer's warranty.
